RE: [DL] Marshall in dire situation

It's not necessarily a given that the Agent and the Ranger wouldn't work
together. In the field, representatives of both organizations know
that, if political implications aren't involved, they have the same
basic goals: Save Humanity from Bad Things. And neither of them would
want the general populace to know about the Bad Things, to keep the
people calm and safe-feeling. Granted, they have different approaches
to problem solving, and if political issues get involved then they'd
definitely have some conficts (are we here to save the Governor of the
Territory, or discredit him?). So it might help to point out that the
characters can work together to achieve common goals. Let them roleplay
a little distrust, but still allies.
