This reminds me of a D&D game from about 20 years ago (Yikes! ;-). I had
like 8 players actually show up that night. So the best way to handle that?
Everyone was an Orc. All the characters were part of a raiding party. The
toughest character was the leader and frequently had to bang heads (in
game!) to keep them moving. We accomplished very little as far as story
went, but damn if it wasn't one of the best game sessions!
Talk about "party" infighting...
