Well, the Shattered Coast for Hell on Earth has a section on what became of
Kang's followers, it also has a brief bit of history about Kang and his
role in the Weird West, and Asian imigration to the Americas. A side from
that The Great Maze, The Quick and the Dead, the Marshal's Handbook, Tales
o' Terror: 1877 and Back East: The North all have some useful infomation
about Kang and Iron Dragon Railroad.
