I don't even give my players a chance to kill themselves, they make their
own!

I could start the adventure in a featureless 20X20 room with no doors and
the PC's all buck naked and they'd still end up wanted by the local law,
hunted by evil, and set on fire.

Yet, stick them in a death trap that has no solution and sudently they're
all friggin' MacGyver!

The funniest thing is, I have almost never killed a PC. I hate doing it. *I*
often get attached to the characters and can't bring myself to see them die.
I go out of my way to keep them safe, sound, and hunting evil. I have been
known to contrive situations where when one of them bites it they some how
survive.

Yet my players still think I"m trying to kill them to the last. At this
point, I cultivate it to keep up the illusion that they can die. So I go out
of my way to jack with them.

They think I'm an unrelenting pysco-bastard who mercillessly twists
everything they do. I'm not, but it's nice to know they think I'm really
evil.

Except Groves player. He's right. I'm out to get him. =)
