[DL] Deadlands Dispatches -- Where?

Quick question:  Where are the Deadlands Dispatches Nos. 2 and 5 located 
(assuming they even exist)?  I have a list of the others:

#1 - 1023 (Doomtown or Bust)
#2 - ?  (No, not 1024 -- I already looked)
#3 - 1025 (BE:The North)
#4 - 1026 (BE:The South)
#5 - ?
#6 - 1027 (South of the Border)
