Hmm... Interesting. Hexarcana provides a wide range of updates for the
magic-using arcane backgrounds, and as such is extremely useful, moreso
than the 'splatbooks' like Hexes and Hucksters.

Otherwise... It would depend on the planned campaign. As a marshall, I'd
probably pick The Great Maze, since it's such a great adventure region,
but I'm not sure if you'd let me count a box set anyway!

(BTW, for Hell On Earth Shattered Coast fills the same niche.)
