The Blessed miracle Last Rites answers your question here.  Its not so
much that being properly buried changes the chances, as it is that you
have a better shot at getting a Last Rites miracle thrown on your corpse
if you are properly buried.

Buenas tardes senoras y senores!

 What  do you think about modifing a chance to come back from the dead
for  persons who had official funeral (with priest, holy water, cross
on the grave)? Is that rules are mentioned in Book o' the Dead?

 IMO  the dead who were just left after gunfight or these ones who had
graves  out of cemetary (like murderers or thiefs) are more likely to
fall into manitous hands than these from regular graves.
