[DL] Back East: The South -- Missing pages?

I just picked up a copy of BE: TS, and I seem to recall a PDF or something
on the Pinnacle web site with "missing pages." Am I remembering correctly?

If so, it appears that they are unavailable right now, unless I just
couldn't find them. Can anyone help?
