[DL] Questions

A couple of quick questions:

1. In S&R for durability is says something to the effect of dividing damage 
from small arms fire by 10 for actual damage to equipment. I'm assuming this 
is for vehicles and such like steam wagons, boats, etc. However, is this the 
case for armor clothing? I would think not and played it that way much to 
the disappointment of my posse.

2. A gambler in the posse bought a pair of sleeve holders for cheatin. I've 
seen these things before but can't place it. In a book, here or a web page? 
Could someone point me in the right direction?

3. This question is directed toward the eagerly awaited LS book. I have a 
member who is an ex-Ranger. Now that he's been in a few sessions and with 
encounter the weirdness out there he's sure quick to contact them with 
de-briefing reports regarding the various adventures. In fact, he's now 
stopping by almost every sheriff office to let them know that he's 
"affiliated" with the rangers and that he expects their cooperation during 
the latest adventure. This player is a smart player and I think I've given 
him enough rope to hang himself with, especially since he also has GS o 
Death hindrance. So how does the rangers handle ex-rangers?
