[DL] Jonah Hex?

Heya'll

Has anyone used Johah Hex in their games as an NPC (so far, with about 40 
diffrent DL players, at least 12 has described their character as "Jonah 
Hex, without the scar" not knowing who Jonah Hex is, short of the 
Batman:The Animated Series episode). Has there been any stats published, 
or does anyone have a really good set of rules for an original Weird 
Western hero?
