www.wargamesfoundry.com has a lot of wild-west themed figures, too,
although I cannot vouch fr their quality, customer service, etc.
They also seem to hae some religious themed figures that might work.

I'll vouch for their quality -- they paint up quickly and simply
(although
you can make them complex if you desire). The Foundry does a good job
with
their customer service -- they once sent me an incorrect item and, when
I
altered them, send me the correct item quickly. I have several of their
figures and like them. They are a little smaller than PEG's figures
(see
http://home.att.net/~mmdeforrest/deadlands/minis/minis.htm#Foundry for
pics
of some of the figures and a size comparison -- although the web site
needs
some updating....). In fact, one or two of the figures shown there
would be
good candidates for a nun conversion -- esp. the one in the green dress
next
to the Fire and Brimstone preacher.). Personally, I don't use the
Foundry
minis for PCs or major NPCs but they make great extras because the size
difference makes the PCs and major NPCs stand out.
I hope this helps.
