[DL] Gen Con: Just in case no one got the pre-registration day :)

Planning for Gen Con is well underway.  2002 is the
35th year of the 
Gen Con Game Fair.  It will fill the Wisconsin Center
District (the 
equivalent of two city blocks) and showcase more than
3,000 events, from 
adventure and strategy games to miniatures and
computer games.  

 

Pre-registration and housing for Gen Con will begin
February 4. To 
register, go to www.gencongamefair.com on or after
February 4. You will be 
able to purchase your admission online, receive
confirmation instantly, 
and even have your badge shipped to you at the time of
purchase if you 
choose. 

 

You can also make your hotel reservation at the same
time through the 
online Passkey housing program.  Once you have
purchased your badge, you 
will be given step-by-step instructions on how to book
your hotel.  

 

We plan to launch event registration online in late
April. Look for 
improved sorting functions when event registration
begins.  Most of you 
are used to receiving a pre-registration book in
April, with the advent 
of online event registration, www.gencongamefair.com
will be the 
information portal for all things Gen Con and we won't
be mailing a 
pre-registration book.  But do check your mailbox in
April for a brochure with 
many exciting details!

www.gencongamefair.com.  Check the site often for up dates!
