[DL] Black Circle Question (Shane & Crew) [Marshals Only!]

In the Black Circle, it says the offshoots of the main Whateley branch are 
the Leed, Curwen, McCracken, and DuPont families. My question is in regards 
to the last; are they any relation to the Philadelphia Duponts? If so, that 
would certainly shed new light on John Dupont. Maybe this is something that 
could be followed up in HOE.....
