Hellstromme becomes a cyborg sometime between the Weird West and the Wasted West. He is NOT a cyborg during the Weird West

He doesn'tactually become a cyborg. He has his brain implanted into an automaton body sometime around 1900. He goes through several bodies over the next 200 years, eventually ending up with one that looks just like his original body just before the bombs fall.
