Yup.

I'd call it ferner as the closest hindrance that's already on the books, in 
terms of alientation from the dominant culture.

I'd probably wouldn't push the hindrance much either like I don't push the 
historically accurate attitudes of racism.  I just can't see them as being 
a lot of fun for a lot of players.
