Black hat shoots wildly while white hat hides behind
something. When black hat uses up all shots, white hat
steps out and says, "Mister, yer empty."

Whenever a black hat tries this, he always miscounts
so the white hat still has one shot left.

While hiding behind something, the white hat puts said
hat on a stick or similar and sticks it up to be seen.
The black hats use up all their shots on the hat. They
always fall for this.
