For Weird West, The Agency is a decent source for that sort of thing.
However, the Hell on Earth books are even better because the world has gone
all to Hell because it's gone boom, and Fear Level 0 is prety much only
wherever there are no people to be afraid AND people living in other places
don't think about.  As you can imagine, places like that aren't at all easy
to come by, particularly in North America, so everywhere is AT LEAST Fear
Level 1 if you're unbelievably lucky or really good with Tale-Tellin'.  The
dime novel Killer Clowns really shows the effects of fear on a place.  It
takes place in a Deadland (Fear Level 6).
