Uh, oh.  Well, try this: when you open up the zip file, double-click the CAB
files and unzip each of their contents to the same directory.  You SHOULD
then be able to run it with no problem.  That's how I did it.  We'll have to
look into that as it seems to be a problem for everybody.  Check the
"Install Notes.txt" file for this issue.
