In my opinion, Deadlands D20 is extremely well done, a tribute to both
Pinnacle and the folks who created d20.  However, in my opinion, it
lacks a lot of the flavor and uniqueness of the original deadlands
system.

If I had to choose which system to play deadlands under, there's no
contest, I would always pick the original system.

If one of your players feel something in the system is broken, and you
agree with his perceptions, change that mechanic to suit your campaign.

My gaming group is playind D$D right now, and I've been working on a 
deadlands campaign in the background (we've played 2 Deadlands campaigns
so 
far).  A couple of them are interested in trying DL d20, one because he 
thinks the DL system is a bit broken.

I'm curions, has anyone else tried both, and what did they think?
