[DL] Fast as Death

Hey all,

I'm a little unclear on how Fast as Death works in BotD, and I think that might
be because it uses First Edition rules about picking up the pace. I could be
wrong, but in that case I still don't understand how it works.

Could someone help me out, or at least point me to a place in the accumulated
rulings which would do so?
