[DL] (Lee) Damaged Quick and the Dead book

     Yesterday, my second edition, Quick and the Dead,
lost it's first page and I am afraid that more will
fall out later.  This is very disappointing to me.  Of
course, it has been four years since I bought the
book.  And of all pages to fall out, it had to be the
first page of Knacks.  
     I was wondering if I could get another copy.  If
that is not possible, could I have some advice of
glues to paste it back in place.  I am not rough with
my books.  This is the first of ANY books, (novels,
other RPG's and textbooks included) that I have, which
lost even one page.  It happens but, I understand
things like this happen.  At least it held for four
years.  :)
      Anyway Lee, if I could get a response in time,
that would be great. Thank you very much for your
time.
