The 2nd ed. Player's Guide isn't explicit on this either way. I haven't
access to my 1st ed. right now. =[ Common sense should dictate that it would
follow the same formula as Wound Penalties (only the highest wound level
applies). At least that's the way I've always played it. I scoured the
accumulated rulings and didn't find anything on the subject. Could it be we
found a rules question that hasn't been covered yet?
