I haven't got Law Dogs myself (similar situation to your own), but off-hand
I know that it contains rules for Hexslingers, who are gunslingers that
use magic to enhance their abilities (like Enlightened Martial Artists do,
I guess) which aren't repeated anywhere else.

They don't. Amazon are still claiming they'll be getting a hardback version
of Law Dogs last April
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1889546267/qid%3D998400590/107-7040886-8979741
but according to Mario Lee Bansen this is false.
All the OOP books are or will be available as .pdf files - although that
doesn't do much for your orangeness status.
