RE: [DL] My turn to complain [SHANE]



Still, shipped on Tuesday, should have arrived by Sunday. And the
confirmation listed they had just gotten the package at the PA shipping hub
on Friday which means they just got the package processed. Is UPS really 3
days behind on processing packages. They may be, and if so I apologize to
the fine shipping staff at PEG. But I think the more likely scenario is that
they had more shipping than expected and got the package out late after
telling someone on the phone that they would not. 

Makes for a really disappointing game session. If they had said they were
uncertain as to when it would leave their hands we could have planned for
something else. But we didn't since we thought the book would make it in
time.

Sounds like a beef with UPS to me.  I've gotten confirmations AFTER
receiving my products from UPS.
