Early next year, you will be able to prove your skills as a cattle farmer 
on the PC. It will be a long way from greenhorn to cattle baron though. 
Malicious outlaws and rustlers will stand in your way, while droughts and 
plagues threaten to exterminate your herds. These are hard times: You need 
to treat your men hard but fair, only players who build up their ranches 
will prosper.

I think I've never seena decent western game for the pc - but then again I 
never played Outlaws.
