No, sorry; UMA preceeds DL's very existence. It's written for the
HERO System, but also contains conversions for Shadowrun, GURPS,

In addition, the book's sadly both A) long out of print; and B)
reprint rights are currently in the hands of those @ss Clowns at
Cybergames. This is a double shame, because it really is a great resource.

As Christopher notes, THE ULTIMATE MARTIAL ARTIST is a reference
primarily for the HERO System. It does have conversion notes for several
major games (Shadowrun, Storyteller, "Level-Based," etc.). It wouldn't be
very hard to convert it to DEADLANDS terms, though. The information itself,
including descriptions of about five dozen real-world martial arts styles,
could apply to *any* game.
Unfortunately, the book's long out of print, but it is available as an
e-book.
