[DL] Gone Native for blacks

The Gone Native Edge mainly describes how it works for whites.  Since blacks
are, shall we say, socially marginized, should the Gone Native Edge cost
less since it'll get them less in white society?  I mean, it still gets them
the ability to gain a Guardian Spirit and the full benefits of having a
tribe, but since they're black they're still going to not going to get as
much benefit as a white would.  Would it be more appropriate to have it cost
2 points for a black person?
