I agree with the earlier posting, Stone would kill
Terrance and anyone else who draws a gun, but
ultimately Stone works for the Reckoners. He needs to
leave people shaking in their boots, and afraid that
he'll come back.
Another aspect of Stone is that he needs to be
mysterious, there has to be no explanation for why he
was there or what agenda he had.
"who was that tall man?"
"I don't know, he just killed Terrance then he
vanished"
"what do you mean? vanished?"

work out specifically what Stone will do and make sure
it's scary for anyone he leaves behind.
