Actually he admitted to using vulgarity.  Whether or not he did it in an
"official capacity" or not is still up for speculation.

And actually, based upon the "rules" that you set up, it doesn't really
matter which e-mail he used does it?

He offered a solution to your "problem" now quit whining provide the "facts"
to the appropriate people and let them deal with it.
