I have not read Dead President yet. But who said it was to their own bodies
heads were sewn back on? And, in case, a Harrowed with the right power and
the head still in one piece can slowly rebuild himself, if he has some meat
available... It could take a few months, but burning the bodies to ashes is
not the right way to permanently destroy a harrowed. You should instead burn
the heads. In most cases.
