does anyone else have a problem with their posses trying to attack every 
little old women they encounter.  I need to stop making them evil.  Does

1) old ladies are probally grandmothers with a whole mess of sons and
grandsons with guns who might come looking for them. 

2) have the posse find out that the old lady they just offed is the only one
who knew the vital clue to the adventure they needed or was the only one who
knew how to make the cure to the poisen one of them is dieing of.

3) Harrowed old ladies

4) Old ladies transporting dynamite, real fun if they decide to shoot her up
close.

5)old lady is the bearer of a curse that is passed on to whoever kills her.

6)have the next old lady be a MIB in disguise with a whole team of agents
standing by.

7) start clueing the posse in to the fact that they are now raiseing the fear
level of wherever they are just by being thier, and nail them to the wall with
every negative effect of a high fear level.
