[DL] Dead Presidents Question

I haven't gotten DP yet, but I ordered it and it looks wicked pissah, but 
apparently your posse has to be wicked powerful to play it. Hell on Earth 
generally has more powerful characters, so if I transported my HOE group (a 
Templar, a gunman, a former Senator, and a hick with a big gun) to WW and ran 
'em through Dead Presidents, would it make up for the power discrepancy?
