It's right were the town called The Devil's Armpit is, on the coast.

With all the trouble going on in that area, I doubt that it would
survive much past the Deadlands timeline, but I don't recall seeing
anything specific about that area in the HOE books, except for a general
statement that towns have reverted back to boomtowns similiar to the
weird west times.
