I vastly prefer the organization on the first sheet, and the graphic design.

What I'd love is an up to date (goodbye Fannin', hello Hexslingin', etc.), editable version of the first sheet prepared by a professional layout person (I am semi–professional), that would open equally well on both major platforms (Windows.Macintosh), with a little bit of tweaking for space requirements in some of the areas.

My $.02, of course.
