Well at least in my games they make Sinnin' rolls just like the Blessed do.  
After all Faith only protects you if you are practicing the faith.  I make 
usre my players understand that the miracle Protection isn't a freebie.  If 
they want God to help them, they need to act according to his will.  (ie no 
raping, pillaging, burning and eat babies ).  they don't necessarily have the 
strict rules that clergy do (Methodists must travel, etc...) but they do have 
the basic tenets to follow.
