If you would like your arcane background characters to have a harder time or
be more reserved in power then use the original edition Deadlands rules. If
you would like them to be more useful or have more personal power then let
them use the updated rules in the Player's Guide/Hexarcana. This really
powers up Hucksters and allows them many more skills.
