With that goal, I would recommend Collegium, then Doomtown or Bust, and 
then Lost Angels.  I would also keep an eye out for Rain of Terror as it is 
an adventure based around the Collegium and explains a lot by example.

Now - if you were going to be running a "generic" Great Maze campaign, I 
would bump Lost Angels to the top of the list.
