Now, as you marshalls know, nothing in the weird west is that good
without a catch.

  ACME charges double the shipping charges of S&R and use their own
delivery couriers.

    All reliabilties of ACME goods are half (rounded down) of S&R's.
Meaning ACME has a Base reliability of 5.  And all Mishaps/Side-Effects
cause the "Wile E. Coyote" effect (I'm assuming you've seen Bugs Bunny).
(example:  Rocket Boots that have a failure will cause an irratic flight pattern
and run out fuel while the wearer is only inches away from the edge of a cliff)
