Maybe a document describing "okay, if they earned 3
bounty for one given event, give them this chip" and
other general examples or guidelines for Marshals
converting experience systems from 1st to 2nd edition.
 

The link doesn't say anything about dime novels, and
that was my point - I saw "Bounty Chip Conversions",
not "Marshal's Handy Dandy Dime Novel Bounty
Converter."
