Yeah, the rules changed for it.  The new rule is that it's a 5 point
edge, and you draw one extra chip that can't be exchanged for bounty.  I
tohugh it also said that it only lasts for that session, too.
Thing is, there were rules changes posted on the list and website, but
the only thing those said was that you now get 1 extra chip, no mention
of the lack of bounty, changed cost or (possible) temporariness of the
chip.  This caused some problems in my old group among the munchkins...
