Well I have a repro of a Walker and I have used a repro of a Dragoon.
The weapons shown in Stone's hands are Colt Dragoon Pistols. The Dragoon had a smaller cylinder thana the Walker. However, the most distinctive difference between the Walker and the Dragoon series of pistols is the ramrod locking device. The Walker has a solid strip of metal protruding from the barrel which latches the rammer about an inch from the end of the rammer. This strip of metal was prone to break off leading to the improved rammer retaining device used until cartridge revolvers were introduced by colt in 1873. The Dragoon has a spring loaded clip towards the end of the barrel which holds the rammer inplace by the end of the rammer. Looking at the picture, it appears the the pistols have the snap clips for rammer retention. This makes them, Dragoons. Probably Model 1, but that depends on the artistic license of the renderer.
