For anyone who has the SotB sourcebook... Is there any discussion about the Panama Canal? By the late 1870's, France was engaged in contruction of a canal through the Columbian isthmus, what is now Panama. I wanted to know if any of this made it in to the WW. If is did, I'll pick up SotB.
