[DL] homepage

Hallo all,

a beginning is done - my homepage is online. There`s not much to see,
but that`ll change.
Main attraction are a few (hopefully) complete lists of everything that
might be of interest in a Weird West campaign, e.g. all Hexes as there
was a question not long ago....

I`m still fighting with a few minor problems, but I hope I got them
fixed:-)
