[DL] BNW crossovers

Hi. I've posted this question over on the Brave New World list, but
didn't get much response, so I'm hoping someone on this side might be
able to help.

Basically, I'm looking to do a little crossover between Brave New World
and Deadlands/Hell on Earth. The systems are obviously very similiar,
but the devil, as they say, is in the details.

Has anyone elsed tried a crossover or adapting the rules of one to the
other? The two biggest questions I've got are how to convert the stat
dice and armor. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
