I don't think so.  IMO The Quick and the Dead is better than the two new 
books.  It had all the setting info in one book and I really liked the 
Epitaphs guide format.

As to were you can find a copy I saw one at the Amazon.com zShops and there 
is usually one for auction on eBay.
