It was* being offered in .pdf form by PEG when it was under the 
looming-but-silent shadow of the Cybergames banner.

If you can't get it at the moment, I'm assuming (and we know what THAT does) 
that Shane eventually plans to release it in paper form. I'd give it a few 
months.
