I need a question answered regarding PEG's online ordering.  How much does 
shipping to Canada cost?  The site suggests a $25 dollar charge outside the 
continental U.S.  Now, I want to help Shane and all, but $45 (roughly $70 
Canadian) is a tad much for one book.  If I'm off base as to the actual 
cost, please let me know.
