Really, I could not wait.  I got Deadlands for Christmas in 98, and during 
the 98-99 New Years Trip I ran a one shot.  A real crappy one one shot, but 
hey.  All I had was the Weird West rulebook and Book o' the Dead.  The 
players made up PCs based on characters from Blood and Blood 2.

Weird how things have changed.
