[DL] rules questions

not sure if these have been addressed before. so bear with me.

1. okay just to make sure i undertsand this. i have player DL but not as
a huckster or some such. about action and  spell. if someone cast sul
blast on an action he get it off on that action and nt the next right?

2. with punishment of the unrightous from hexarcana. does that effect
the entire posse or just the blessed?
