I gotta believe that the device Mr. Seyberth asks about is some sort of
device that allows the user to breath fire.  Not having the book to read
makes the post look like prime OT-list material.  Not that I subscribe to
the OT list.  Or that Allan would ever post OT to the normal list.  But
"Oral Inflammator" taken out of context...
